Situated adjacent to Watersound community recreational areas, this is one of two community facilities designed to serve the infrastructural needs of the neighborhood.  The building houses mechanical and emergency equipment .  Like the rest of Watersound, the facilities employ the architecture of coastal New England, with wood shingle siding, vine-covered trellis and white picket fences.
